Old Line Performing Arts, Inc. (OLPA) is an educational non-profit organization centrally located in the Mid-Atlantic region, focused on the character and leadership development of youth through pageantry, marching performance opportunities.  OLPA serves as the parent organization to Old Line Independent Percussion, a competitive winter percussion ensemble, and Old Line Independent Color Guard, a competitive winter guard program.  In addition to both ensembles, our staff offers several educational clinics and classes to students and faculty alike.  All of these experiences are centrally located in Frederick, Maryland.
