Old Line Performing Arts, Inc. (OLPA) is an educational non-profit organization centrally located in the Mid-Atlantic region, focused on the character and leadership development of youth through pageantry marching performance opportunities.  OLPA serves as the parent organization to Old Line Independent Percussion, a competitive winter percussion ensemble, Old Line Independent Color Guard, a competitive winter guard program, and Old Line Summer Band Camp, which provides a week-long day-camp style marching band experience.  All of these experiences are centrally located in Frederick, Maryland.
